All projects are managed according to the Standard Project Management System, while customizing a project plan to meet each client’s specific requirements without sacrificing quality or consistency.
Our system is formulated according to the standards set forth by the American Society for Quality and the methodology outlined by Total Quality Management (TQM).
Human Translation
Every translation performed at PA Translations is done by a specialized translator, who is a native speaker of the language involved, and who has in-depth expertise in each particular industry. Two translators per language are assigned to translate, proofread, edit, and/or back-translate all projects. A separate translator and editor proofread and review the first translated draft. An in-house professional proofreader and editor also review the document to confirm quality assurance and specific formatting.
At PA Translations, we believe it is imperative that a professional, who has in-depth knowledge of the technical elements in each industry, as well as the fine writing/editing and language translation skills to match, translates each document. Professional linguists are certified by the American Translators Association or other local authorities, and our industry experts are academically and/or professionally accredited within the industry.

We utilize Terminology Management and Translation Memory, developed by TRADOS, as part of our strict Standard Project Management System to maintain the utmost quality. The Application of Terminology Management and Translation Memory ensures that vocabulary within the documents remain consistent throughout both small and large projects, thus helping us maintain our high standards of quality control and quality assurance.
